For security reasons you Registtri Please Beckup first, in the following way:
Click on Start
Select Run Open: regedit OK
In the Registry Editor Interface Menu Select File Export
Fill Filename with the name Beckup Save

Congratulations edit your registry with ease.

Click on Start
Select Run Open: regedit OK

In the Interface Editor Select the HKEY_CURRENT_USER registry
Choose Control Panel Desktop
See the right desktop
Select MenuShowDelay
2X click MenuShowDelay
In the Edit String Interface change Value Data to 0
Click OK

Select. DEFAULT
Choose Control Panel Desktop
See the right desktop
Select MenuShowDelay
2X click MenuShowDelay
In the Edit String Interface change Value Data to 0
Click OK
