Oxygen cycle is the bio geochemical cycle that describes the movement of oxygen in the three main reservoirs: the atmosphere (air), the total content of biological material in the biosphere (global amount of all ecosystems), danlitosfer (Earth's crust). Failure in the oxygen cycle in the hydrosphere (the combined mass of water found on, under, and the upper surface of the planet) can lead to the development of hypoxic zones.
